We are a multinational estate agency with many years experience selling all kinds of properties here in the Algarve, and abroad.
Beverly is Canadian and has worked in Canada, United Kingdom and for the last 19 years in Portugal. She handles Public Relations and property sales, whether it is a tasteful cottage, modern villa or apartment then she is there to find it for you.
Nigel is British and has worked in England, South Africa and for the last 14 years in Portugal. Nigel looks after the financial side of the company and selling of older properties. If you are looking for building plots, architects and builders, ruins or quintas to renovate then he´s your man.
Nigel and Beverly were formerly partners in the very well known and successful estate agency, Alpha Property Centre in Silves before opening their new offices in the Monchique ”Upper Algarve”.
Susana is Portuguese with 15 years work experience in real estate, project management and construction, Susana manages the legal side of the business, tender documents and building contracts.
Baerbel is from Germany and has worked in the Algarve for 19 years. Baerbel looks after all aspects of our property portfolio and handles all translations and secretarial duties. She also deals with clients solicitors over paperwork and Notarial issues. |
